Col Amar Jeet Singh, Principal of the school, presented the report of Term II of the academic session 2023-24 at the Parents Teachers Meeting held at Kuvempu Multi-Purpose Hall on May 4, 2024. The report highlighted the academic growth of cadets from Class VI to XII, noting their improvement in various subjects and overall academic performance. The Principal briefed the parents about special emphasis being laid on leadership training, equipping the cadets with the skills necessary to join the NDA. The Principal emphasised that the safety and security of the cadets, as well as their overall well-being, remain top priorities for the school. Training in physical fitness and health and hygiene measures have been implemented to ensure that cadets maintain high standards of fitness and wellness.

The report also covered the school's efforts to improve facilities, including state-of-the-art classrooms and sports equipment, which have significantly contributed to enhancing the cadets' educational experience. Parental involvement in the school has been encouraging, with many parents providing positive feedback and suggestions for further improvement. This collaborative approach has fostered a supportive environment for the cadets. The Principal also shared details about motivational tours and local field trips organised for the cadets, which offer practical exposure and learning opportunities outside the classroom.

The school's training initiatives and emphasis on NDA examination preparedness were also discussed. These initiatives include special coaching sessions and workshops to guide cadets in their preparation. Additionally, NCC activities have been actively promoted to build discipline, leadership, and teamwork among the cadets. The Principal reiterated the school's strict adherence to the guidelines of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all cadets. Overall, the report demonstrated the school's commitment to providing a holistic education and a nurturing environment for its cadets.

Earlier to the meeting, proceedings for the selection of PTM Member was conducted. Shri Sampath Kumar Sharma, Member, PTM for the academic year 2023-24 was unanimously chosen as the PTM Member for the academic year 2024-25, for second consecutive year. Later the Class Teachers issued Progress Cards to the cadets, followed by issuing Vacation Leave Form to 532 cadets by the respective House Masters.
Sqn Ldr Manpreet Singh, Vice Principal, Mr N Vibin Kumar, Senior Master, Mr Suresh K., PGT- Mathematics and the Coordinator, PTM, members of academic and administrative staff, NCC and PI Staff were present for the meeting.
